Public are invited to get involved with local healthcare

NHS North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is inviting members of the public to attend a drop in session to discuss local health and social care services.

The session welcomes members of the public to come and meet with board members, Mark Webb, CCG Chair and Philip Bond, CCG Lay Member for Public Involvement, to ask questions and discuss the services that are available to people living in North East Lincolnshire.
Monday 7th July 12 noon to 2pm
Crest Room, St James Hotel, St James Square, Grimsby DN31 1EP

All are welcome to attend the drop in session and more will be planned later in the year if they prove to be popular and useful to members of the public.

Mark Webb, Chair said: “To increase the opportunities for dialogue and discussions with members of the public we have set up a two-hour informal drop-in session, we hope it will afford more time for deeper discussions and more questions from members of the public”.

There are also bi-monthly Partnership Board Meetings, separate to the drop-in sessions that take place throughout the year. These Board meetings normally last between 2 and 3 hours, and are held in public to allow the work and decision making of the board to be observed. At the end of the meeting there is a short (15 minute) opportunity for members of the public to ask questions. For more information visit:

Mark Webb says, “I actively encourage members of the public to attend our meetings to see what we do, and how we work”.
