Adult Strategy Survey

North East Lincolnshire’s new Adult Strategy sets out some of the challenges we have locally, our vision to tackle these and the outcomes we want to achieve to help our adult population to live the best lives they can.

We launched a survey to mark Self Care Week in November to ask people who provide or arrange support for adults if they think the new strategy will help them support people to have healthy and independent lives with easy access to joined up advice and support which help them to help themselves.

The survey is still open and there are two versions of the survey - one for staff who work in healthcare and one for the general public. You can read the Strategy itself by selecting the following link Adult Strategy
