Living with Diabetes? Share your experiences of care

People with diabetes aged 18-65 and living in the North East Lincs area are being invited to share their experiences to inform a national review.
The Care Quality Commission – independent regulator of health and social care services in England, is carrying out a review to explore people’s experience of the support they receive from health professionals to manage their condition.
The review will also examine how well different health services work together to deliver high quality care for people with diabetes.

The deadline for responses is the 4th January 2016.
The national report on the findings of the review will be published in summer 2016.
