Bereavement Services Consultation

North East Lincolnshire Council is currently consulting with the public about a procurement exercise involving its bereavement services. The consultation document sets out what the Council are seeking to achieve for the service and the borough.
Comments, questions and suggestions are welcome from individual members of the public or VCS organisations on the document.
To take part in the consultation please read the Bereavement Services Consultation Document and provide your response.
In parallel with the procurement consultation, the Council are interested to hear from organisations about what:
a) Measures they can take to address funeral affordability
b) What they can do to better promote the local support, information, advice and guidance to people before death and/or in support of the bereaved.
